• Previous experience in business requirements gathering process and system analysis
• Previous experience in data profiling and analysis
• Experience with logical design
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data warehouse processes
• Ability to documentdefine interface specifications and reports specifications based on requirements
• Strong understanding of databases and Business Intelligence and their processes
• Very good level of understanding Big Data & AI concepts and practices
• Ability to interpret and write system documentation and technical specifications
• Strong ability to write intermediate level SQL coding (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) to help analyze data
• Proven history of successful problem solving with strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Autonomous and problem solving oriented. Gives multiple alternatives when asked to solve a problem
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Telecom industry experience is preferred
• User stories thinking/writing
• Organize solution testing with business users
• Professional attitude, excellent communication skills, ‘can do’ attitude, proactivity
Excellent English: verbal and writing
• Entry / Mid knowledge of reporting tools will be an advantage (Business Objects, Tableau)

• Identify business rules, functional requirements, non-functional requirements through cases from business or IT partners
• Produce quality deliverables such as business requirements, value stream mapping (VSM), processes and workflows, system requirements, source-to-target mapping (STM), test plans
• Make sure documentation is always up to date & brought to the right internal audience through the right channels
• Review and update systems/business flow diagrams, create where necessary
• Work closely with the team daily: developers, testers, project manager in order to ensure the team keeps the project vision and priorities in mind
• Provide effort estimates for the analysis work
• Structures data on concepts and identifies relationships between concepts while considering business requirements as support for data model
• Runs queries against data to analyze and interpret / look for patterns in data to check how it fits the business requirements and how accurate it is (perform data profiling, understand and explain anomalies)
• Provide end to end support for BI reporting team and validate the final deliverable with the requestors
• Participate as member of the team on parts of the project plan
• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of the new solution
• Support Data Governance Office (DGO) initiatives and promote DG framework and principles
• Support the entire lifecycle of tasks management in Jira (or other tools)
• Provide input to improve or create new processes.
