    Job Description:

    MassMutual Human Resources is a dedicated team of HR professionals who shares a common vision to create a workplace of choice where innovative, diverse and exceptional people thrive together. Our approach to HR is strategic and proactive. We are currently seeking an HR Administrator to join our local team who will provide support in the human resources administration area.
    The HR Administrator will work from our Bucharest office while collaborating with the Global MassMutual Human Resources team, reporting to the Head of HR for MassMutual Romania, based in Bucharest.
    As an HR Administrator, your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, updating internal databases and company’s policies and procedures. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
    Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.

    ▪ Responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources function in all areas
    ▪ Manage all the employment documentation for hiring, job change, termination etc., with the ability to process high volume of documents in a specific deadline
    ▪ Maintain employee personnel records, including preparing and issuing different documents: employment contracts, addendums, certificates, letters, decisions etc., in compliance with company policies and government regulation
    ▪ Own the activity of reporting to state authorities and to other parties involved in the process, including Revisal recordings
    ▪ Compose, maintain and clarify the policies and procedures of the company, introducing new rules and programs when the case, and ensuring the implementation of new and revised policies and guidelines is on track
    ▪ Ensures timely and smooth execution and administration of the pre-employment processes between the candidate and the Company
    ▪ Assists with researching and providing information related to company policies, trainings, and other human resource programs
    ▪ Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting privacy while maintaining company confidentiality
    ▪ Acts as first point of contact for employees on any HR operations queries


    ▪ At least 3 years of proven work experience in similar fields, with a focus on Personnel / HR Administration
    ▪ Very good level of knowledge of Romanian Labor Legislation
    ▪ Revisal knowledge
    ▪ Certified as Human Resources Inspector
    ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources of relevant field
    ▪ Good understanding of various HR software systems
    ▪ Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
    ▪ Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
    ▪ Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of employee service and response
    ▪ Previous experience in using platform would be an advantage
    ▪ Good knowledge of salary components and payroll rules represents a big plus
