Technical Writer

What you’ll need to be successful
• Experience in a technical writing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience with documentation tools and systems such as MadCap Flare
• A technical mindset
• An affinity towards discipline
• A keen eye for details

What you’ll be doing
• Documentation management – being in charge of documentation, drive updates and release communication to stakeholders on all DECT user documents;
• Establish guidelines and best practices for documentation;
• Mapping technical software feature updates needed in the products’ documentation;
• Write documentation for end-users;
• Guide, review and lead team members in writing and maintaining documentation
