Internship Program - IT Support

In addition, internship IT Support candidates are required to meet the following profile criteria:

• Students from Polytechnic University - Faculty of Automatics, Electronics or other alternative academic institutions
• Technical skills with the operation of desktops/laptops, printers and mobile devices
• Windows 10, O365 & Skype skills

Job description:
Responsibilities can range from:

• Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines
• Ensures tickets are always updated until issues are resolved
• Support local IT infrastructure for business development projects
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
