University degree in Law;
3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position;
The ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines is fundamental;
The candidate should be confident, having the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written);
Highly organized, analytical, task focused in a fast-moving environment;
Advantage: experience in technology companies;
Fluency in English.
Offers support and advice in negotiation of legal terms and conditions related to contracts and major projects;
Identifies potential risks (including competition-law related risks) for the development of projects with impact at company level (including transversal);
Research and analyze state laws, regulations, and purchasing department guidelines, applies policy text, company practices, filings, and hypothetical / factual situations;
Keeps up to date with the most recent changes in legislation and informs the company departments;
Represents the company in front of authorities regarding legal aspects;
Issues legal opinion regarding contracts and other legal matters;
Ensures that all rules and regulations of the company are compliant with the legislation in force;
Ensures legal support to the assigned departments;
Prepares analysis and reporting related to the activity, according to ad-hoc requests from internal clients or top management;
Proactively proposes mitigation measures for the identified risks.
