- More than 3 years’ experience in working in similar environments, preferably in Finance or HR area.
- Strong capabilities in excel and conclusions delivery from analyses in a friendly, speedy and understandable way;
- The ability to deliver synthesized information fast, gained from many sources, in an agile way of working;
- Rational decision-making and problem solving abilities are essential;
- The ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines;
- Fluency in English;
- People Analytics insights by performing quantitative analysis, dashboards, reports regarding HR data on ad hoc or predefined specifics;
- Providing support in elaborating business cases and scenarios regarding changes in the operational model and consequent organization design proposals;
- People Cost & FTEs Controlling by running the HR budget, rolling forecasts, and analysis versus actuals.
