Nice to have: MCSA Windows Server, CCNA
Provide maintenance for our internal systems and infrastructure.
Resolve incidents and problems based on agreed SLAs, provide workarounds until a solution is found.
Actively update, maintan and monitor internal platforms and services.
Evaluate solutions currently used and recommend ways to improve them.
Manage clusters, virtualized infrastructure and Active Directory.
Understand and apply best practices for new implementations.
Advanced understanding of windows troubleshooting and metrics tools like Event Viewer, Performance Monitor and Resource Monitor.
Advanced understanding in Powershell Scripting, WMI, GPOs, IIS, AV Solutions and Admin Center.Basic understanding of SCCM, VPN, Proxy, RADIUS, Networks, Subnets and VLANs.
