    Responsabilitati

    Claim handling – managing all cases by visiting customers, examining the tires, managing all related processes
    • Educates internal and external stakeholders regarding the products
    • Represents the company in the technical area of expertise towards customers and the industry
    Helps business growing by initiating new processes and improving existing ones, also provides technical support
    Manages claim processes for both consumer and commercial tires
    Provides technical tire tests to customers
    Provides technical advisory and trainings for the sales team, the customers and to the end users.
