    Requirements

    For our customer, a multinational home appliances and consumer electronics company, we are looking for an EWH Specialist.
    Location: Aricestii Rahtivani, Ploiesti

    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

    Have a special focus on the EWM SAP system daily running;
    Have a special focus on the logical maps, maintaining it aligned with all the new objects creates (items, bins)
    Support all the operators (Clamp drivers, Manual workers and Office people) for all the daily EWM and RF transactions
    Interact with the IT departments, factories and headquarter and/or external support in order to solve/highlight technical issues
    Have a special focus on EOL system in order to align every day checking with Factory IT responsible each misalignment;

    REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES:
    - University degree
    - 4/5 years experience in logistics.
    - Fluent English (written, spoken and by phone) a second language (nice to have)
    - Knowledge of SAP / WMS - SAP HANA is an advantage
    - English (advanced)
    - Good computer skills
    - Analysis skills
    - Social skills
    - Problem solving skills.
    - Availability for business travels abroad

    Responsibilities

    ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    SAP:
    a) Receives all support requests from the Logistics Department users and looks for solutions. If the issue cannot be locally solved, asks for regional support.
    b) Follows the support requests sent to Regional Team in order to close them in time
    c) Raises requests to the Regional Team for new user creation or/and new roles adding to the existing profiles.
    d) Assures the training for the new users and refresh when needed or requested.
    e) Participates at the SAP implementation as Super User being responsible for correctness of the chosen solution, testing, process documentation and training for the Logistics` users
    f) Records, monitors and solves all system errors related Logistics collaborating with regional team
    g) Creates training materials, working instructions and operational procedures for all SAP related processes

    TMS:
