    Channel Marketing Professional B2C Location: Bucharest THE COMPANY Our client is a global provider of imaging technologies and services, a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions. A multinational company with its EMEA strategic headquarters in Europe, operating regional sales and marketing operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and employs overpeople in approximately 120 markets throughout the region. THE ROLE The position of Channel Marketing B2C, is responsible for the implementation of local channel marketing activities for B2C in line with country-specific requirements and within the CEE Marketing strategic framework. The job holder will take a proactive role to create, implement, and measure consumer channel marketing plans with key partners. He / She will play an active role in the development of market wide campaign and promotions (offline and online) and implement local sell out activities in close cooperation with key partners, retailers, distributors etc. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implementation of central promotions (online and off-line)
    • Planning, proposing, and implementing demand generating activities at POS
    • Manage brand compliant in-store appearance (online/offline)
    • Production and creation of POS materials
    • Managing COOP/COAD activities together with Partner Managers
    • Implementation of local sell out activities in close cooperation with key partners
    • Promoter and merchandiser activity management
    • Trainings/education of partners salesforce, promoters, and merchandisers
    • Monitoring and reporting of competitors activities
    PROFILE The successful candidate will have the following knowledge, experience, skills, and attributes:  •       A minimum of 3 years marketing experience in a comparable position •       Experience in defining, communicating, and gaining buy-in for your local marketing plan •       Outgoing and strong in relationship building •       Digital marketing skills •       Structured working style, capable to manage priorities The person in this role should be a great communicator and negotiator, with a positive and proactive attitude. Able to work effectively on own initiative as well as within a team. Business English is essential for this position.
