    Requirements


    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

    •Degree e.g. Business Administration, Labor Law or a comparable education;
    •Several years of relevant work experience in Expatriate Management;
    •Good knowledge of German and foreign tax, social security and employment law;
    •Very good communication skills in English language;
    •German language skills is mandatory;
    •Professional MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge would be an advantage.

    Responsibilities


    YOUR TASKS:

    •Advising stakeholders on international employee assignments and coordinate the relevant interfaces;
    •Preparation of salary offers and cost overviews for the various secondment cases and conducting information meetings with the affected employees in preparation for the foreign assignment;
    •Preparation and negotiation of employment contracts as well as administrative handling of foreign assignments under labor, tax and social security law aspects;
    •Clarify the respective valid regulations regarding residence and work permits and assist with the application;
    •Coordinating employees’ relocation in and out of foreign countries in cooperation with responsible internal and external agencies;
    •Support of the seconded employees during the foreign assignment including organization of their return or processing of extensions.
