Talent Sourcing Analyst with Italian

Ideal profile:

• Bachelor ’s Degree;

• Advanced Italian and English skills

• We need you to be passionate and have good experience in the field (Recruiting & Sourcing, head hunting, HR);

• Ability to build trust with candidates, partners and peers;

• Ability to learn, flex, adapt and stay curious;

• Detailed knowledge of talent landscape;

• Analytic, data driven, well organized, confidence;

• Proven sourcing and interview skills as well as client management skills;

• Able to work within limits of processes, procedures and systems while staying creative.

What will you do:

• Search for suitable profiles to match the business needs;

• Handle the posted jobs and checking for new applicants in order to validate them;

• Find and use new sourcing channels for finding more and better profiles;

• Search and contact the suitable candidates to confirm their interest and expertise;

• Conduct phone or video interviews with the candidates engaged in the recruitment process and provide feedback;

• Support the hiring managers by building a strong and close communication network;

• Build candidate pipelines for future needs and offer a good candidate experience to the applicants;

• Provide the pipeline status to the business teams and participate in regular calls related to the state of the projects;

• Work with the Talent Sourcing Lead to understand short and long-term objectives and hiring forecasts.
