- French Language Advanced oral and in writing;
- English Language Advanced oral and in writing;
- 1 to 2 years previous experience in Customer Support;
- MS Office, especially Excel;
- Previous experience in working with support platforms like JIRA, Service Now, Redmine, Basecamp etc..
1.Access & User creation:
- Provide solution to access request tickets for the different managed platforms;
- Qualify access requests by assessing if the provided information is enough and correct in order to grant access to the requested tools;
- Maintain communications and request additional information when the data provided is incomplete to create access;
- Check the rights and the type of access already held by the user;
- Creating accesses for the group's employees respecting the agreed SLA for delivery.
2. Ensure User Data Base clean-up:
- Deploy clean-up action at least 2 times / year;
- Regular update of the User Data Base with new comers and departures;
- Respect GDPR.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction:
- Measure the satisfaction for all solved request and propose action plans for improvements.
