We have expertise in multiple capabilities across Business Operations (Systems Delivery & Modernization, Cloud & Engineering, Operations Transformation), Customer & Marketing (Marketing & Commerce, Digital Customer, Digital Foundry & Operations), Enterprise Tech & Performance (SAP, ServiceNow, Anaplan), Human Capital (HR Transformation, Organizational Transformation), and Strategy, Analytics and M&A (Data Modernization & Analytics, AI Insights and Engagement).

Graduate of computer science or economics studies, with computer science focus in databases, support for business decision making; master preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience in system modeling and configuring other similar financial (SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Cognos TM1, Tagetik, OneStream), and non-financial planning budgeting and forecasting applications (SAP IBP, JDE, OMP, O9, Kinaxis, …).
Have been part of at least two budgeting, planning and forecasting application implementation projects.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. High attention to detail is critical.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely and ensures others are informed.
Ability to prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high-quality manner.
Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.

NICE TO HAVE

Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling for Finance or Sales.
Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology is desired, Lean, Agile, Anaplan way.
Hands on Experience building solutions with Anaplan.

Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
Build and/or Modify existing Anaplan models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
Develop model documentation to support requirements gathering, design solution and successful deployment.
Participate in data integration between internal systems and Anaplan; ability to set up system interfaces and API connectors, and monitor data flows to and from Anaplan platform.
Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the business owner and project team.
Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment.
Provide hands-on training to end users of Anaplan models and processes.
Identify and formalize best practices in application building and share them across Finance.
Partner with client’s domain stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand business requirements and identify new use cases.
