Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

• Technically skilled and want to work in an innovative, technical environment.
• Can easily switch between different tasks and keep a good overview of what has priority.
• Work accurately and in a structured way.
• You are communicative, flexible and have a problem solving mentality.
• Think ahead and take initiative.
• Have a very good knowledge of English, knowledge of French is a plus.
• Have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Have experience with ERP software.

• Gain insight into the range of parts in order to develop the best possible supplier portfolio
• Place orders
• Follow up order confirmations and delivery times
• Confirm delivery notes in our ERP System
• Keep the contact with our suppliers regarding price requests and delivery times
• Handle complaints correctly, in consultation with the production manager
• Handle general administrative tasks
