Cerinte
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Sales or relevant qualification;
· Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the fit-out industry;
· Strong client relationship management and development aptitude;
· Excellent negotiation skills;
· Proven ability to work independently;
· Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills;
· Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills;
· High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers.
For one of our clients, producer and supplier of office furniture, and provider of commercial interior fit-out solutions, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager in Bucharest.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible to build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships, also to identify and develop business opportunities for the fit-out services.
Main responsibilities:
· Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects;
· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations;
· Open business development dialogs with strategic customers. Particular interest is to build large strategic accounts;
· Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth;
· Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives;
· Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs;
· Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects;
· Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services;
· Build referral and lead generation network.
