    Requirements

    - University degree in a Computer Science, Telecommunications or other analytical University;
    - Experience in card activity of at least 3 years;
    - Experience in PL SQL Oracle of at least 3 years;
    - Java programming experience of at least 1 year;
    - Good knowledge of English;
    - The initiative for continuous improvement so as to anticipate critical situations;
    - Good reaction to constant multitasking;
    - Good behavior when working under pressure / stress due to the large volume of requirements to be solved;
    - Learning skills alone;
    - Problem solving oriented;
    - Ability and desire to acquire knowledge quickly;
    - Proactive attitude;
    - English language (fluent in both writing and speaking);
    - Very good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, MS Project).

    Responsibilities

    - Provide assistance in the development and implementation of new products requested by business departments;
    - Find solutions in quickly solving problems, as well as their early escalation to card system providers;
    - Perform the implementation in the production environment for any development, based on the received specifications and you will follow the timely solution of all problems;
    - Ensure good functionality of the card system, including satellite applications, 24/7;
    - Provide assistance to card system users and associated day-to-day operations;
    - Provide level 2 support for any reported problem, and level 3 for certain types of situations;
    - Test the card system (testing new versions, new card products, new technical solutions related to the network of ATMs and POS) according to the procedures in force;
    - Provide data and statistics to monitor the performance and load of card systems;
    - Provide reports according to the specifications provided;
    - Provide the role of Security Officer in the maintenance of security keys related to the card system;
    - Keep in touch with international card organizations;
    - Be available on-call outside the normal working hours, in accordance with the prior planning agreed with the direct superior and informed via e-mail, at the beginning of each month.
