Customer Operations Specialist with German /English

SAP/R3 desirable
Microsoft Office
Communication skills
English sufficient plus German skills
Comprehension for complex processes
Flexibility
Commercial experience (6 months - 3 years)

• Administrative activities relating to toll box orders, exchanges, blocking, returns
• Prioritization in the order and daily routine with regard to the Service Level Agreements
• Collaboration with DKV departments and external organisations (mainly in English)
