    Bachelor's degree;
    At least 2 years in telecommunications, preferably in the public sector bidding;
    Experience in Public Procurement Law is an advantage.


    Analyzes the Award Documentation / Offer Request received from the Sales Representative;
    Identifies the special situations that could condition the participation in the auction;
    Establishes the need to involve other departments for support in defining the solution and costs associated with auctions;
    Provides specialized non-technical support to sales representatives in the most accurate and complete identification of legal and financial solutions for Telekom business customers;
    Designs the appropriate legal-financial solutions for the offers in which the company decides to participate, prepares the non-technical documentation necessary in the required format to develop a competitive offer that meets customer requirements and ensures the conditions for winning the offer;
    Collaborates and is actively involved in the sales process to identify the best eligibility solutions, appropriate to customer needs;
    Participates in the negotiation of the eligibility criteria of the services offered, reviews the objectives, purpose and requirements of customers, collects information, analyzes data and outlines proposals;
    Collaborates with non-technical staff of customers for clarifications, remedies, support in solving problems related to Telekom services;
    Provides specialized consulting, comparing alternatives in terms of eligibility of the proposed solution;
    Carries out the eligibility documentation in due time, respecting the Telekom sales strategy with the correct and complete evaluation of the implications and promoting the variants with the potential for further development of other sales opportunities;
    Act proactively in the idea of maintaining a good relationship with all clients and to develop projects already in progress;
    Works as the only point of contact for sales representatives in relation to other departments / departments in the Telekom organization with non-technical functions (legal, financial, compliance, etc.);
    Supports from a non-technical point of view the sales representatives in order to obtain a procurement decision from potential customers as well as during the signing of the contract;
    Prepares final and / or preliminary reports on the allocated projects and offers;
    Knows and respects Law no. 506 of 17/11/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.
