    Cerinte

    o Good command in English
    o Understanding of complex contexts and prioritization of various tasks like office management, weekly planning, etc.,

    Responsabilitati

    o Responsible for customer order entry in the ERP system
    - Price check
    - Delivery date check
    - Delivery- and invoice address check
    - Check quantities (standard packing + MOQ´s)
    - Commission check
    - global project linking
    o Examination of goods availability and if necessary, consultation with production planning
    department in France and Germany
    o Final inspection and approval of the customer orders entered
    o Maintenance of customer master data
    o Entering sample orders in the system
    o Creation of invoices
    o Dealing with customs office for import questions
    o Covering for inside sales colleagues
