    Responsabilitati

    o Contact person for all Romanian customers in inside sales
    o customer support by phone and e-mail
    o Close cooperation with the outside sales
    o Maintain regular contact with a growing customer base. By supporting the ADM (outside sales) so that the team can achieve regional sales goals.
    o Travel within the region together with the ADM.
    o Attending trade shows
    o Processing of sample orders
    o Preparing quotations in the ERP system + providing them to the customer
    o Checking prices
    o Checking lead time
    o Checking projects + investigation of detailed information
    o Close cooperation with international sales colleagues
    o Entering of new leads in the system and keeping them updated
    o Cooperation with production planning, product management and warehouse (DE/FR)
    o Monitoring of the shipments (arranging express shipments, providing tracking ns.)
    o Updating forecasts in the system
    o Finding solutions for special customer requests
    o Processing customer complaints
    o Monitoring of sales targets of the regions together with the ADM
    o Solving logistics questions
    o Order processing
    o Price check
    o Delivery date check
    o Delivery- and invoice address check
    o Check quantities (standard packing + MOQ´s)
    o Commission check
    o Global project linking
    o Creation of invoices
