We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant. You will ensure data quality, adhere to required cycle time and execute analysis to support critical business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Economic, Accounting or any Finance related field / ACCA, Ceccar nice to have
Knowledge of US GAAP / knowledge of IFRS
Well organized, detailed, analytical individual with Accounting and Financial experience; reporting experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel etc.)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Conversational level of English is a must
Ability to meet deadlines

Senior Accountant responsibilities

Performs end to end accounting for Polish entities managed in non-SAP ERP, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, VAT and Tax reporting transactions
Audit and statutory support for both local and US GAAP
Intrastat and other statistical reports preparation and submission
Processes payments and vouchers according to the defined procedures and accounting principles and legislation
Produces routine reports, schedules, and summaries for management
Scans statements, ledgers, and accounts to identify unusual or overdue items and selects the correct procedure to verify or adjust discrepancies or errors
Month end closing activities
Ensure all journal entries comply with internal and external audit specifications
Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements under US GAAP
Maintain tax certificates and manage withholding tax
