    To qualify for the role you must have:
    Strong Financial Controlling and Accounting background
    5+ years of relevant experience (Financial Audit/Accounting/Controlling)
    Graduate with degree qualification in relevant business/risk management discipline
    Relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, FRM etc.)
    Proven track record in managing complex Accounting/Controlling/Regulatory/Risk projects, with evidence of successful management of senior stakeholders
    Strong relationship management skills demonstrated through professional network with stakeholders at all levels within banking sector on a local or national basis
    Detailed understanding of industry best practice in relation to regulatory risk framework and operating models and the regulatory change agenda
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    A good understanding of the macroeconomic environment
    Good team management skills
    Ability to work under own initiative

    Additional desirable experience includes:
    Ability to identify sales opportunities and lead the business development process
    The ability to work under own initiative and in many different and challenging environments
    Industry or international experience beneficial but not essential Strong leadership skills
    Exceptional presentation, business writing and professional standards


    Support the development and growth of our practice and service operations
    Manage and oversee significant client projects and advisory engagements
    Develop existing and new client relationships.
    Have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them;
    Have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
