    Important to have:
    • B2 English level (both written and spoken)
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 6 months of experience on a similar role (IT support)
    • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, applications for MS Windows and MS Office 365 installation / troubleshooting knowledge

    Nice to have
    • 1 year of experience on a similar role (It support)
    • Microsoft certification (intermediate >> Microsoft MSCA)
    • Comptia intermediate >> Comptia Network+, Security+
    • Comptia advanced >> Comptia Linux+)
    • Active Directory experience is a plus (nice to have)
    • Android/iOS/Windows Phone OS knowledge is a plus (nice to have)
    • Linux OS knowledge is a plus (nice to have)
    • ITIL foundation certification
    • Microsoft certification (beginner >> Microsoft MCP, MTA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
    • Beginner >> Comptia ITF+, A+ ;


    You will
    • Track new tickets requests and assign them to specific Tier valued colleagues
    • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Provides answers to employees by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps
    • Setting up accounts for new employees across multiple platforms
    • Testing new technology (Windows 10 / Office 365 new features)
