• University graduate - Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources is a plus;
• 1-2 years’ work experience in a similar role; experience in recruitment agency/SSC or BPO’s is a plus;
• Experience in managing volume projects;
• Good knowledge of interviewing methods and techniques;
• Client orientation;
• Communicative, positive spirit, sociable;
• Planning & organizing; results orientation, adaptability;
• Proficient in English;

• Schedules the respective recruitment activities; analyzes the selection criteria and timeline together with the internal clients;
• Advertises and sources potential candidates through different recruitment channels;
• Schedules and sustains screening calls and hiring interviews;
• Provides shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers;
• Selects the right candidates, presents the job offer and manages the signature process;
• Manages the relationship with the recruitment agencies;
• Prepares reporting on key indicators;
• Supports the onboarding of new hires;
• Organizes and attends job fairs and other recruitment events;
