Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- 3+ years of experience as Team Lead in an Agile Environment
- 5+ year working with Java 8 streams, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud. Kafka, Netflix Stack
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to take decisions under pressure and work independently with p roduct owner and the business department

- Responsible for code review and architecture revie w of all Java developers in the studio
- Own the knowledge transfer and processional level of all Java Developers in the studio
- Ensure professional supervision on team deliveries
- Strive towards delivery in time and quality with his team
- Remove impediments
- En sure that the Team adheres to company’s practices, rules and procedures
- Empower the team to own and be accountable for their deliveries
- Responsible to help the PO to be effective in an agile environment
- Responsible to help the organization to implement the scrum across the board
- Responsible to help the scrum team practice scrum principals
- Encourage and assist the scrum team to continuously improve
