Program Manager

Level of independence: act as an evangelizer of the specific area.
A good university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years full-time working experience in an IT company after completing your degree.
Minimum 3 years on a management position in a similar business.
Experience with managing software development projects.
Experience with high performance systems and computer communications protocols.
Excellent written and spoken English. 
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Experience with being in contact with customers.
Open to changes and challenges.
Highly motivated and learning oriented. 

Manage complex or multiple projects, people and line management, as well as customer presales discussions, next to technical representatives.
Responsible for delivery and line management in his/her program.
Build long term and strong relationship with the customer, focusing on increasing the business with the customer (as volume and as different types of services).
Maintain accurate projects pipeline/forecasts.
Lead generation, offer creation, getting the order, organizing the project, responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
Responsible for invoicing, chasing for payments, accurate revenue recognition.
Resources allocation and management, ensure low attrition rate.
Responsible for completing the projects on time, within budget, and meeting the quality and performance criteria and requirements.
Manage and monitor risk response strategies.
Reports regularly to Delivery Manager/Business Unit Director.
Closely collaborates with other Program Managers, Project Managers and Software and QA Engineers.
Responsible for effective internal organization of his/her program by managing and monitoring overall project activities.
Mentoring and coaching team members under direct line management and Project Managers from his/her program.
Responsible of employee from line management appraisal process as well as staff development for his/her department.  
Understand telecom market and Computaris solutions and products, identify new areas of business.

Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
Owns the product roadmap.
Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
Asses value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Identifies and help the client understand the business model, value and value proposition.
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
Represents team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
