    Strategic Purchasing Category Management department is developing in Timisoara. The team drives strategic supplier management and contract negotiations for all indirect demands on Eastern Europe and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) level within the Bosch Group through the active presence of our strategic buyers' team specialized on different commodities.


    • Education: University Degree in Finance/Economics/Economical Engineering/Business Mathematics/Business Informatics
    • Languages: English Advanced
    • Working Practice: You have at least 3 years of experience in controlling or finance. You have knowledge of generally accepted accounting and financial principles.
    • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, SAP R/3 (CO/FI)
    • Personality: High customer and service orientation with high communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.
    • Collaboration: You are a collaborative team player with a "can-do" mentality. You enjoy working in an international team.

    Job Description

    • Supporting the senior management responsible for ensuring that company objectives are met
    • Settlement of project (SAP-PS), plant maintenance (SAP-PM) and customer service (SAP-CO) orders for Power Tools division
    • Internal order settlement (SAP-CO)for our German plants
    • Investment Planning (SAP-IM) on division and plant level
    • Regular invoicing of customer orders (SAP-FI and SAP-SD)
    • Monthly tracking and controlling of scrapping costs as well as inventory variance reporting per business unit
    • Responsibility for cost center controlling and regular alignment with cost center owners
    • Prepare, review and analyze plan and actual costs
    • Support forecasting and planning of SG&A cost centers
    • Ensure transparent, reliable and accurate controlling information to support management decisions
    • Support of various plant controlling tasks e. g.

    o Analysis of financial impacts for current and future business transactions

    o Ad-hoc requests

    o Productivity analysis

    o Employment rate calculation

    o Internal defect cost
