    ·University grade, preferable in subject of IT, electronics or telecommunication;
    ·Minimum 1 year experience in IT support;
    ·Mastery in Windows 10 and MS Office 2013 environment;
    ·Ability to diagnose hardware problems (PC's, laptops, printers etc.);
    ·Familiarity with LAN, WAN and Active Directory principles;
    ·Knowledge of ITIL methodology and Microsoft PowerShell will be an asset;
    ·Good English verbal & written;
    ·Eager to learn new technologies;
    ·Positive, can do attitude and ability to work with in a team;
    ·Strong communication skills;
    ·Ability to cope with stress and workload.


    ·Perform installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers/scanners, telephony, desktop solutions and email infrastructure);
    ·Perform workstation’s hardware, software and periphery devices maintenance and repair to ensure optimal workstation performance;
    ·Assist/coordinate implementation of OS updates, software upgrades or installs, security patches, clean/remove malware;
    ·Create and maintain network and domain user accounts and mailboxes;
    ·Install, test and maintain desktop, servers and other network devices (including patching, upgrades and configuration adjustments);
    ·Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment – provide technical support for all network devices, including firewalls, routers, switch infrastructure;
    ·Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime;
    ·Work with global teams and local Service Providers to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment and networking.
