    Requirements

    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
    • Detail oriented and organized;
    • Proactive and pushy, creative, and out of the box thinker;
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in line with strict deadlines and instructions;
    • Ability to learn fast and adapt to work in dynamic environment, make quick decisions, and take responsibility on those;
    • Good computer literacy and experience working with CRM and databases;
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, good problem-solving skills;
    • Experience working in iGaming/Live Casino industry is a must;
    • Availability during weekend or after standard working hours for urgent matters;

    Responsibilities

    • New Game/Table Launch coordination;
    • Align with all departments, prepare, and configure templates, review of press releases/product marketing content and prepare set up plans;
    • Configure schedule set up (align with Integration, LC Config to set up the schedule and provide full config details);
    • Launch configuration for monitoring, announcements, post launch support, etc;
    • Handle Dedicated Tables/Studio Releases;

    • Launch configuration monitoring, announcement, post launch support;
    • Offer support with Invoicing and Finance issues;
    • Client onboarding;
    • LCQ updates and custom limits approvals;
    • Support for hubs, operational manuals / files updates;
    • Configure and help with setting changes for existing clients;
    • Coordinate for any new features to roll out and cooperate with product and tech (Integration + Support Teams) for any new process set up which includes any other hubs.
