    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Financial/Economics/Statistics
    • At least 2 years of experience in marketing campaigns, marketing analysis, direct marketing or database marketing
    • Experience in creating campaigns, coordinating the campaign calendar and the relationship with the beneficiaries and those who contribute to the execution of the campaigns
    • Knowledge of campaigning tools/applications (knowledge of SAS CI is an advantage)

    • Manages marketing campaigns for Telekom card users in all stages of development from planning and research to execution and tracking / measuring results;
    • Creates, develops and implements campaigns in various marketing and operational systems, including CRM, Marketing Automation, Reporting, and analytical tools;
    • It follows the entire chain of creating the value of Telekom card customers: from the first sale (reactivation option, migration to another option, activation of add-ons, etc.) to their retention and collaborates with all structures involved: marketing, IT, Technical, etc;
    • Follows the analyzes regarding the Telekom card users and based on them defines the segments and offers to be used in the campaigns;
    • Defines the contact policy and the type of campaigns with which Telekom Card users are addressed depending on the age and use of Telekom services;
    • Participates in the implementation process of the offers used in the campaigns by formulating the specific requirements clearly;
    • Creates and executes tactical campaigns that educate and retain prepaid customers, stimulate demand and support business and revenue objectives;
    • Ensures clear coordination and communication between the structures involved in defining and executing campaigns, as well as those directly affected by them: brand, legal, regulatory, front line (sales, call center), product and offer development, digital, etc.;
    • Continuously improves the planning and execution process of campaigns.
