Junior Delivery Performance Specialist

To be successful in this role and to enjoy your morning coffee with great colleagues, you will need:
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, proactiveness and multitasking
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with other departments
• Deadline oriented mindset
• Data analysis and Excel skills with ability to compile/track, analyze and report information/data;
• Proficiency in English and a good command of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Barchelor/Master’s degree

Join us and you will:
• Monitor delivery performance indicators and invoices
• Perform database maintenance for invoices
• Be involved in identifying the main causes and risks for stock availability, supporting the decision-making process
• Provide support to the team in establishing the annual planning (roadmap, sales improvement strategies )
• Be responsible for preparing periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Be a part of the claim and equipment management project team
