Senior Cooling Product Manager

Arctic is the national leader in home appliances industry and one of the most appreciated Romanian brands. It has two production plants in Gaesti and Ulmi (near Targoviste) and almost 3000 employees.

Required Profile
 Strong strategic thinker with ability to know how, with understanding of the local market;
 Good capabilities for predictions of the trends, ability to identify client needs;
 Connected to international dynamics and technological trends;
 Clear understanding of the importance in correlating the trade, brands and product strategies;
 Determined and enthusiastic in fulfilling the objectives and for delivering high impact results;
 Maturity, trustworthy, cooperation skills;
 High communication skills, both verbal and written;
 High organizing, forecasting, monitoring capacity.

Other requirements /qualifications:
 BA in Engineering/Economics;
 Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or connected field;
 Advanced English level;
 Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

 Supports the company strategy, brings contribution to the sales strategy development and implementation, in order to ensure the achievement of the company’s business and sales objectives;
 Implements the business and marketing plans (including pricing strategies, analyze the competition, sales plans and implementation strategies);
 Develops and monitor products management activities and plans;
 Manages the product mix and implement plans for the products;
 Maximizes the contribution of her/his area of products/categories responsibility to corporate profitability by increasing performance indicators (market share, turnover, gross margin);
 Participates at the achievement of the annual selling plan/category (volume, turnover, product mix, Gross Margin);
 Makes regular reports regarding prices, competitors, promotions;
 Keeps tight collaboration with all Brand Managers, KA Manager, Product Managers, Financial & Accounting Department, Legal Department, Research & Development Department, all internal clients of the company, Arcelik HQ, Arcelik Factories.
