Requirements:
• o Economics or legal studies (university degree)
• o MS office applications know-how
• o English fluent spoken and in writing
• o Experience as a team leader/manager, or a long-standing experience as a credit analyst or collection officer, preferably in a captive finance environment with strong exposure to individuals (B2C collection)
• o Experience in credit process management, credit strategy setting and portfolio steering could be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
➢Being involve in daily operations in collection activities of the company, including but not limited to bad debtors contacting (50% of active working time per day), acting as a main collector in the team and lead the other members by the power of example;
➢Development of an effective debt collection process within the company;
➢Recruitment, training team of collectors and further management of debt collection team, together with the CEO and according to the directive lines from the Headquarter;
➢Regular execution of debt collection within company’s customer portfolio by the means of debt collection team;
➢Continuous analysis and improvement of the debt collection process and tools by proposing and implementing new ways of debt collection efficiency.
➢Following performance of both internal and external debt collection teams, and offer specialized training for improvement of performance;
➢Perform regular visits to outsourcing collection partners for checking the activity on spot.
