-Minimum high school with a technical profile or university studies with a technical profile;
-Work experience in the fields of wave soldering (selective), plasma treatment, potting, EOL- end of line test;
-General technical knowledge;
-Good PC knowledge (Ms. Office package);
-Ability to work in a team and manual dexterity;
-Availability for working in 3 shifts;
-Residence in Arad town.

-Setting the parameters for the machines according to the instructions (wave soldering, plasma treatment, potting, EOL-end of line test);
-Carrying out preventive maintenance for machines, following the workplace requirements;
-Participating with process improvement ideas.
