•Receiving applications requests from the client, verify the requests and assign them to the appropriate team;
•Monitoring projects and ensuring effective implementation of activities, adherence to timeline, achievement of outcomes;
•Working with specific tools (MSSM portal, Wendia, ServiceNow, Remedy, GSA) in an efficient manner;
•Communicating and working with the customer to solve the issues that occur in the shortest time;
•Escalating specific issues and documenting information;
•Ensure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards;
•Provide necessary business information;
•Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements and schedule;
•Keeping tracking reports, monthly reports;
•Sending and receiving the correspondence for the project;
•Organizing the team to meet the target dates for the packages and take appropriate actions to meet the customer expectations; •Running meetings with the team and with the customer to discuss issues, plan the next steps or provide status of the project; •Organizing and delivering online education for various customers onsite and online;
•Participate to workshops and deliver presentations;
•Prepare and edit direct correspondence, briefing materials, reports;
•Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items to support follow-up action;
•Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers ensuring that contractual outcomes and client satisfaction are met; •Maintaining a focus on quality, given the fact that workloads fluctuate;
