    Requirements

    - Good writing and proof-reading skills
    - Eye for detail

    - Self motivator who regularly uses their own initiative
    - Fluent in Romanian and English
    - Ambitious quick learner
    - Good knowledge of Excel preferred
     Ideally Business/Marketing background with keen interest in online gaming

    Responsibilities

    - Identify and acquire new affiliates in the Romanian market using SEM tools
    - Develop an understanding of different types of traffic SEO, PPC, EMAIL etc
    - Negotiate commercial deals with new and existing affiliate partners to secure new players for the brand
    - Develop any existing affiliate relationships to ensure maximum return
    - Analyse all commercial deals and negotiate regularly (if required) to ensure positive ROI
    - Keep an eye on market trends to ensure MagicJackpot is always ahead of the curve in terms or acquisition marketing
    - Ensure all marketing materials are up to date and are according to brand and regulatory guidelines.
    - Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand what the competition is doing in the market
    - Work closely together with relevant internal stakeholders in the group of companies.
    - Make sure that links, banners, landing pages and other marketing materials are up to date in our affiliate backend
