What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain a close relation with our clients and proactively manage the logistics interface between company and customers;
• Provide viable solutions and/or alternatives in resolving escalated technical client issues, by monitoring their orders.
• Assimilate technical concepts and new technology using available tools and resources to troubleshoot and interpret data to solve client needs;
• Ensure client requests are completed within required time frames that align to our client satisfaction goals, by preparing and monitoring the weekly and daily production program according with the orders received;
• Optimize the monthly production level and ensure its alignment with the objective established in the planning process;
• Perform analyses, and propose action plans for improving service timelines and reducing costs;
• Identify and track questions/trends and communicate information to various internal department;

What would make us happy if you bring?

• Studies or background in economic or technical field; alternatively, we would be happy if you have worked minimum 2 years in planning or client service area;
• SAP planning knowledge will be an asset; Alternatively, our team will be happy to help you learn the work tools and systems;
• Your day to day work will involve using English and IT instruments such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project.
