• Experience in Project management
• Able to articulate challenges and propose resolution
• Experience with payroll
• Positive and pro-active attitude
• Knowledge in German is an advantage

As Payroll Specialist you will support our client with a large scope within payroll. You will make sure the payroll activities are performed according to timelines and that the client is satisfied with our delivery.

• Client relationship management
• Managing payroll provider
• Escalations
• Driving monthly payroll cycle
• Monitoring end-to-end payroll process
• Be the bridge between integrations team, HR Direct team, client & third parties
• Quality control & continuous improvement
