    Completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration, process engineering or comparable training;
    Deep understanding of business processes and knowledge of digital innovations/trends (process design);
    Familiarity with process automation and process redesigning tools and techniques including AI and RPA;
    At least 5 years of professional experience in IT process analysis and consulting, and experience in the automotive sector required;
    Customer-oriented consultant personality with strong communication and organizational skills at all levels of the company, analytical approach and strong personal initiative.


    Critically challenge long-established processes with the purpose of bringing (digital) improvements and innovative solutions in place;
    Consult the customers on digitalization potential and act as a bridge between them and technology experts developing the solution;
    Carry out holistic IT process analyses, always keeping an eye on developing/designing the optimal and most efficient solution for the company (including Robotic Process Automation);
    Create innovative system designs, solution recommendations and concepts; redesign next generation customer journeys;
    Drive the development and integration of automation and digitalization concepts, considering existing and future system architectures;
    Manage the initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, from collection to assessment, design, realization, implementation and transfer to operations.
