Industrial Engineering background (e.g. Time Determination, Line Balancing);
Strong skills in SAP (Production);
A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
Knowledge of production processes and production management is beneficial;
Experience in delivering trainings online;
Fluency in English is mandatory, German language skills are an advantage.

Improvement of productivity and economic efficiency in the production area assigned with the help of industrial engineering methods of work and system design under ergonomic, material flow and value-adding aspects and by means of support of the compensation types and work time models introduced in compliance with operational and pay scale agreements;
Providing support during planning and steering of the Operational Excellence Road Map, managing Operational Excellence projects at individual locations;
Carrying out improvement measures within production and in functions close to production; preparing suggestions for improvement for a HELLA production system and implementing measures to increase efficiency during assembly, pre-production, logistics and administration;
Supporting the continuous improvement of Hella Production System, competence development and the deployment of Hella Production System to the locations;
Supporting the development of employees by delivering training on Operational Excellence /lean topics;
Assuring of an up-to-date and reliable data basis for calculation, capacity planning and costing and for the continuous improvement process by acquiring data, among other things, of main and secondary processing times, additional and waiting times and setup times and associated indices.
