    Cerinte

    • At least 2 year of experience as assistant, preferable 3 years
    • University degree
    • Very good English skills
    • Must be proficient in using business software applications, especially Power Point and Excel
    • Strong client service orientation with excellent communication, planning, interpersonal and organization skills
    • Experience in Travel logistics
    • Can work independently, proactive approach.

    Responsabilitati

    • Support PMA Director & members of the team in travel’s arrangements, logistics, meetings and agenda management
    • Support PMA team for compliance processes in relation to activities and projects of the department
    • FCPA/ABC process support to COM including: MSD Veeva database, create FCPA workflow. Annual re-check of FCPA/ABC according to new procedure.
    • Coordinate meeting calendar between PMA, Business units, operations, compliance etc
    • Support organization and logistics of meetings in country, cluster and region, office supplies
    • Management of the payments and Purchase Orders, such as registration of invoices, process payments in the applicable company systems (GMS and COMET)
    • Payments tracking according with the local SOPs
    • Support in person submission of files to different institutions, as and when requested
    • Support for presentation development for business meetings/ events
