Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a similar role;
In terms of education, Journalism or Communication specializations are a plus;
Experience in student associations is another plus;
Passionate about writing, writing and some more writing (with another developed passion: grammar);
Really good English communication skills;
Active listener, as we think this is the main starting point for having the real deal in communication;
Creative thinker;
Curious mind, like really curious mind;
Collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities:

Content&Channels:

You will put in practice your writing skills by providing relevant content for all our internal channels (newsletter, portal, e-mail, magazine etc), always thinking in terms of message (what and why) and audience (who reads it?);
You won’t just write, you will constantly check the impact of your messages through direct feedback or looking at analytics reports;
You will be one of the guardians of our channels, constantly looking for improvements;
You will work on creating and nurturing alignment in all our communications to both external target groups (potential colleagues) and internal stakeholders (current colleagues);
You will offer your full support to our HR Business partners and internal departments in order to find all those clear, consistent and efficient communication solutions that address their needs.

Internal&External events:

You will organize some of the most important events inside our organization (parties, management meetings, projects/programs launches, wellbeing initiatives etc);
You will plan and organize employer brand events (meet-ups, conferences, job fairs etc);
You will work closely to different external partners (PR/Advertising/Digital agencies, creative boutiques, BTL agency) in order to implement different areas of your event by offering them clear requests and constructive feedback.
