    What we think your background should look like:

    At least 5 years of experience in HoReCa/Food Retail and previous exposure to coordinating teams of at least 10 people, as well as achieving results by leading others. Honestly, we’re not really into counting years of experience, so if you’re reading this and you have proven your seniority through significant achievements in HoReCa/Food Retail, feel free to apply. We’re definitely considering rockstars who were fast-tracked.
    Formal higher education in Economics, Business, or Food Technology.

    Wondering what you’ll do all day?

    Well, the way our client sees it (and we agree), you should love being on the move between shops and hate working from a fixed office all day. Although you won’t have to manage locations directly, you can only understand and improve customer experience and daily operations if you’re there, right?
    You should be obsessed with the sweet spot between efficiency, effectiveness, and customer-centricity as you’ll focus intensively to check all three boxes with every action you take.
    You’ll spearhead retail expansion as well as operational excellency as you look to further refine brand identity and add value for your stakeholders.
    You will focus on optimizing product range and further increasing gross margin, turnover, and market share.
    You know that team development is critical, so you’ll obviously have a significant impact on training the retail team together with the in-house L&D specialists.
