To be successful in this role and to enjoy your morning coffee with great colleagues, you will need:
• Excellent organizing abilities, deadline oriented and attention to details
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle/check high-volume of data entry with high accuracy
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficieny in using in Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency in English
• University degree (accounting, finance, business, or economics)
• Experience with SAP FI will be considered as an advantage

Join us and you will:
• Perform end-to-end account payable processes on a daily basis
• Participate to the monthly closing process, calculate and accurately book accruals, on the right cost centers
• Ensure timely and accurate processing vendor invoices
• Solve invoice discrepancies in accordance with internal and legal requirements
• Maintain vendor statements and communicate with vendors when necessary
• Weekly cash flow preparation and invoices costs check
• Review balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly reconciliation
• Comply with applicable company policies and procedures
• Performs a variety of AP and General Accounting tasks
• Participate in department’s projects (continues automatization, costs, etc)
• Prepare reporting schedules and resolve audit issues identified by auditors
• Arrange and archive accounting documents
