    Requirements

    • Expert on SAP: >5 years operational SAP, expert knowledge all FICO modules including submodules (GL, AA, AP, AR, FSCM, CO-CCA, EC-PCA)
    • Expert Knowledge of accounting standards (local legal requirements & IFRS)
    • Complex SAP FI/CO customizing knowledge, including end to end processes
    • Certified SAP FI/CO consultant a plus, esp SAP S/4 Hana
    • Experience of at least 3 full cycle implementation projects
    • Knowledge of SAP FSCM and LO-AB would be an advantage
    • Business administration qualification or comparable qualification preferable
    • Business fluent English
    • Work autonomously
    • Experience of working in a large, complex Service delivery organization is a must
    • Accountable for Complex Change implementation and small/medium/large size project
    • Coordination with SAFA Essen and SAGA NEW DELHI
    • Deep understanding and application of Service orientated approach
    • Independent, self-motivated employee with a desire to implement change and innovation
    • Strong communication skills including ability to work within virtual teams
    • Experience of training users at all levels including senior levels
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Planning and organizational skills utilizing and deploying modern technology.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform First, Second and Third Level Support for internal SSC and external non-SSC end user Create and submit incidents for Second Level Support (Following ITIL methodology)
    • Monitor service/operational level agreements for each client, including developing associated performance indicators
    • Quality and controls check
    • Ensure quality during incident resolution process ((solve tickets, provide information, perform tests, update ticket status, approve solution, close ticket)
    • Solve Complex Change Requests and lead small/medium/large size projects
    • Analyze Change requests and the impact of implementing such changes on the system
    • Consult, configure and implement complex changes
    • Suggest improvements

    DB Schenker’s Accounting and Finance Applications (SAFA) is part of DB Schenker’s Global Finance IT organization and it’s responsible for SAP financials application support and project delivery.

    The inhouse consultant actively supports the business operations at our Shared Service Centers by offering functional support and by executing standard and complex changes.
