    Cerinte

    -previous experience in a similar position or in administrative positions
    -university degree
    -fluent in English, Romanian languages both written and verbal
    -a pleasant personality
    -good communication skills
    -adaptability, multitasking, responsibility, willingness to learn

    Responsabilitati

    Maintaining a professional, comfortable and safe general office environment and infrastructure.
    Overseeing general office operation and deal with issues related to the day-to-day running of the office
    Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
    Ad-hoc general administration duties and personal tasks as and when required.
    Provide general administrative support to the team.
    Coordinate travel arrangements, incl. visa applications, booking flights, hotels, transfers etc.
    Receiving and interacting with visitors.
    Answering and managing incoming calls.
    Arranging meetings and conference calls (including coordinating all meeting logistics, developing agendas and meeting materials, etc.).
    Support and assist the HR team on:
    Onboarding and offboarding
    Organising Company Events

    Perform general office/facilities management duties including:
    Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
    Planning space allocations, layouts, and floor moves as required; arranging for and supervising building maintenance; and
    Maintaining office facilities and equipment by assisting with procurement and routine maintenance and upkeep.
    Identifying and researching of potential new suppliers.
