IT Specialist

Should be experienced and familiar with the following technologies:

· Some experience in leading small teams (up to 5 people)
· Basic and advanced networking (at least 3-5 years)

o Firewall setup and maintenance
o Router setup and maintenance
o BGP
o Switch configuration and maintenance (VLANs, QoS)
· System administration (at least 3-5 years)
o AD
o GPO
o Scripting (either one of the languages – Python, Bash, Powershell)
o AV (any kind), IPS, DLP/ePO

· Environment administration

o Familiar with CCTV (NVR, DVR etc)
o Familiar with Access control (Biometrics, RFID, PIN and combinations)
o Familiarity with telephony system (PABX, Asterisk)
o Server room administration – Temperature, humidity, UPS and Generator maintenance

· Audio & Video environment

o Familiar with photography concepts – Aperture, ISO, color setting
o Familiar with video protocols (huge plus!) – WEB-RTC, RTMP, HLS and others
o Familiar with video encoders (huge plus!) – Freeware like OBS or FMLE
o Familiar with audio equipment (huge plus!) – Microphones, mixers, amplifiers and processors
o Familiar with green screen setup (huge plus!)
o Familiarity with industrial light setup (Bi color, mounting and directional lights)

Should be available for shift work.
Live casino industry experience is an advantage.

Job description

The senior IT technician will be the first point of contact for escalation and will be assisting in building up the studio.
Will also be responsible over the internal infrastructure, setting up new accounts, FW rules, setting up switches and routers. Will be the escalation point to take issues with various local service providers (ISP for example).
