3+ years of sourcing and/ or recruiting experience;
5 years work experience;
Fluent in English communication;
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner;
Experience with strategic sourcing.
Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include: sourcing, screening, behavioural based interviewing and offer negotiations.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
