    Requirements

    Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting;
    Degree in the field of accounting, finance and economics is a plus;
    Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module;
    Good accounting understanding;
    Previous working experience preferably in large/global organizations;
    Good technical knowledge of MS office ;
    Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
    -Good attention to details ;
    -Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines;
    -Willing to collaborate within a team in order to achieve common goals;
    -Ability to understand multicultural environments;
    -Previous experience with transitioning project(s) is considered an advantage ;
    -Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking;
    -Very good German and English skills;

    Responsibilities

    -Perform assigned accounts payables activities in a timely and accurate manner;
    -Respond to vendor queries;
    -Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required;
    -Review journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy;
    -Perform various analyses and preparing account reconciliations;
    -Assist with financial and tax audits;
    -Document and monitor internal controls in support of auditing team;
    -Participate in more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments;
    -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality;
